The property consists of 4 communicating buildings :

Mainbuilding, 650 m2 on 3 levels.On ground level we enter by a large glass door into the Large reception living.

On the same level, an apartment of 75 m2 on one level, has a living with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with tub and separate toilet. Attic Access on to the terrace.
On an inferior level, a very large workshop  of 150 m2 and cellars where you still can create something new.
At the entrance of the property, the first furnishedguesthouse of 135 m2 on 3 levels with a capacity of 4 beds, it was a former farmhouse.
Fully equipped and comfortably furnished in French country style.Sitting room, kitchen and 4 bedrooms on the first level, bathroom, toilet and

The second guesthouse of 200 m2 on two levels is an old renovated stone building where in former time the turbines were driven by the water of

On old semi-detached barn has been renovated in 2006 into a "Loft" apartment of 140 m2 on 3 levels : on ground level a garden at the border of the river,  large fitted kitchen,  bathroom with W.C.,  central heating system for the independant central heating ; the upper level : architectural living room in two half-levels and on the last level, a spacious bedroom. The gardens are magnificent , honysuckle, rhododendron, forsythia, daffodils, lavender and cypresses, plane trees, accacias, wild plants, flowers and medicinal herbs. The clear river is rich in trouts roaches, crayfishes and beavers.

Your hosts can practise hiking, walking, canoing, fishing, hunting, perfectly maintained cycling circuits of hundreds of miles.
Cross-country skiing and snowshoe walking is about 20 minutes from the property.

The climat is a Mediterrean microclimat with temperatures of 81-86 F and the nights are cool.

The building and the grounds are in perfect condition. Central heating on fuel with warm water production for all the buildings and a floor heating on low teperature for the main building.
4 septik tanks of 12.000 liters, 4 tanks for fat materials , according to the latest European standards. Water of good quality from the commune.
