A wooden staircase from the sitting room leads to a mezzanine with beautiful old chestnut floor. This distributes to 3 large bedrooms, one with washbasin, shower and a separate W.C. and the other two bedrooms have bathrooms and W.C.. The latter two are used for Chambre d'Hote guests. Also from the mezzanine an exterior door opens onto a lovely little stone arched bridge over the mills water channel which is now dry. A path then leads to the large swimming pool measuring 12x5.5m. The pool pumps its water from the river and this is purified by a double sand filter. Around the pool are sun terraces of 180 m2 and all is enclosed by a security fence in accordance with all legal requirements.
