Created in 1974 by Yolande Vosters and her husband Eduard t'Sas, today IRS is managed by their daughter Mireille t'Sas-Javelas with the invaluable help of Céline t'Sas, as webmaster.

Because we understand that a home is a question of emotions, feelings and dreams, we have always searched out dwellings with a certain something else: an original style, a quality renovation- or with a good potential to restore,
an exceptional view or a unique location.
With this in mind and over 3 decades of experience we are very confident that we can match you with your ideal home.

Buying a house abroad can be a very big step fraught with worries and pit-falls.

We therefore consider that our role is to accompany you in your search, and then guide you through the entire purchasing process until the moment you take possession of the keys.

If you have problems with the French language, we even have multi-national staff to translate for you.
