Created in 1974 by Yolande Vosters and her husband Eduard t'Sas, today IRS is managed by their daughter Mireille t'Sas-Javelas with the invaluable help of Céline t'Sas, as webmaster.

Because we understand that a home is a question of emotions, feelings and dreams, we have always searched out dwellings with a certain something else: an original style, a quality renovation- or with a good potential to restore,

Buying a house abroad can be a very big step fraught with worries and pit-falls.

We therefore consider that our role is to accompany you in your search, and then guide you through the entire purchasing process until the moment you take possession of the keys.
